Therefore they manage internet sales, checking that retail websites are profitable and exploring opportunities for e-commerce. They devise strategies to increase the number of hits to sites, enter into partnerships and design online offer strategies and promotions for the brands. Lastly they define and monitor performance indicators for the group’s e-commerce business.

To increase online and multichannel sales of the brand or brands for which you are responsible, you devise remote sales strategies for different customer types. Your objective is to achieve continuous improvement of every aspect of online sales performance: increases in site traffic, purchasing frequency, conversion rate, average purchase basket, etc. You also develop loyalty projects to enrich and optimise the brand customer portfolio.
