Employment and Disability
Since March 2011, L'Oréal Belgium is committed to outsourcing some of its operations to Manufast, a protected sector contractor, that creates sustainable employment for people with disabilities. Thanks to this action, L'Oréal Belgium received the “2012 Social Footprint Certificate”.
All employees participated in a Diversity Training Workshop that helped inform and promote awareness on the subject of diversity.
Additionally, employees at L'Oréal Belgium actively contribute to the development of their Diversity policy to promote women's careers, intergenerational dialogue and integration of people with disabilities.
Finally, L'Oréal Belgium won the Diversity label in 2012 in the region of Brussels.
