Since the end of 2006, a day and half training program has been rolled out to managers in Europe. The aim is to raise awareness of non-discrimination and to involve them in the implementation of the group's diversities policies. This training, which has already reached more than 10,000 managers in France and in Europe, complements the training program that has been ongoing in the United States for a number of years, where more than 3,500 people have been trained.
