Partnership with the Theodor-Fliedner Foundation
Since 2006, L’Oréal Germany has partnered with the Theodor-Fliedner Foundation, which provides residential, vocational and recreational services for people with disabilities. Among them, a team of 8 to 15 people work for L’Oréal to maintain the flower beds and plants, as well as all the exterior installations. This team has also created a day care center for the children of employees of the group.
THE « NO LIMITS » PROJECT
Organized in partnership with the Henriche Heine University in Dusseldoft, 5 internships were offered to students with disabilities in 2012.
Women Mentorship Program
L’Oreal Germany’s Mentoring Program is designed to support the professional development of women to top management positions. Actually, several female managers are in the program.
