In 2009, L’Oréal Spain launched the "Juntos podemos" program for the integration of trainees with disabilities, in partnership with the Manpower Foundation. This initiative consists of a six-month training program to help students with disabilities develop their skills in a professional environment. Coaching was also provided by L’Oréal employees. This initiative has been repeated every year.

L’Oréal Impulsa for disadvantaged youth

In 2009, through its Professional Products Division , L’Oréal Spain created a partnership with the ABD Association and the Gypsy Association to launch a support program targeted to young people from disadvantaged social backgrounds or ethnic minorities that are frequently discriminated against. In partnership with two specialized associations, L’Oréal provided these individuals with scholarships to help them obtain their hairdressers' diplomas.

The Burgos factory in Spain partners with the adapted sector

Since 1980, in other words for over thirty years, the L’Oréal factory in Burgos, Spain has been a privileged partner of Aspanias, an enterprise that is dedicated to the integration of people with disabilities into the workforce. Aspanias is responsible for 50% of L'Oréal's production in Burgos and to achieve this, it employs 65 people. Since 2006, the factory has also been a partner of Servigest. 100 % of the employees in this enterprise have a disability. Servigest packages products for the Professional Products Division. 80 of its employees are seconded to work in the Burgos site.
